                               Awareness

Nowadays, social media have become a bag full of changes, evolution and responding to "on-going" events, so memes are a way of expressing culturally relevant ideas in the form of an image or short clips. It doesn't have any restricted boundaries, but youngsters and teenagers are more attracted to it. It will relate to your day to day life, it spreads awareness, it helps to decrease your stress and much more.
Going through a rough day? Daily same stories? Don't worry it's not extreme. Have a cup of ice-creams and send someone you like a funny MEME. And there you go with some of them.

Now memes are not just for laughter but they also have a relationship with social changes. Basically it makes you connected about what's more is going in and out the world. With the growing technology, one can blink and miss the current golden age of the latest phenomenon. But don't worry the divine wonders named MEME will make you aware. So let me give you a very recent example-

As we all know that is Corona Pandemic, so there's quarantine going on, we all have to stay home till the conditions are under control. At this point of life MEME's are a bliss.

So the lazy days were going on, as a regular adult, I have a habit to go through my notifications and scroll my Instagram feed once before getting off from the bed in the morning And as I was scrolling I clicked on the MEME with our Prime Minister's picture on it.

And after looking at that I realized that I missed the morning speech of our prime minister. But the meme made me aware and I got the news. It's just a very basic example. It gives you a lot of knowledge about current affairs and happening around the world.

And that's why people are attributed because it makes your life easy and fun-loving.

To conclude, it is clear that memes are, in general, beneficial as they can easily get in a quick laugh, they communicate with others from all over the world, and they provide a new and interesting learning platform. Memes are available to everyone who has a phone and can be spread easily and are simple and quick to access.

Depression mounts because of feeling worthless, lack of interest in enjoyable things, trouble in explaining problems and being always of pessimistic view.

Research shows that actually "depressive memes" have the opposite effect on the persons, experiencing depression and help them feel a sense of community.

Also, make them feel less lonely in life. Memes help a person with depression to perceive situations differently and change their view and experience of negativity to positivity and optimism.

(I) Meme makes us happy- All human beings necessitate three elements, love, Self-esteem and security. In Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs, belongingness is most Significant, as it creates a sense of identification and people from groups with meme culture for this and "I am not alone"

(ii) Meme helps people bond with others- This is the best platform for people who have low social skills to resonate with others through social relationships.

This relationship comes through mutual trust, understanding and belongingness, which is otherwise distant illusion. One can initiate trust through vertical communication by asking'pals' about their choices, `preferences, hobbies, habits, and preferences.

(iii) Meme helps us to connect with our deeper selves-out of two parts of the brain the limbic brain deals with passion, emotions and what to do. Originally caveman had only sign language. When perforated cortex of brain developed, then language was developed. This cortex is sophisticated and has great skills, knowledge and intellectualism. Meme is associated like this mechanism.
