MEMES LIVING COMFORT TO PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM DEPRESSION

Depression mounts because of feeling worthless, lack of interest in enjoyable things,trouble in explaining problems and being always of pessimistic view.



 Research shows that actually "depressive memes" have the opposite effect on the persons, experiencing depression and help them feel a sense of community.



Also, make them feel less lonely in life. Memes help a person with depression to perceive situations differently and change their view and experience of negativity to positivity and optimism.

(I) Meme makes us happy- All human beings necessitate three elements, love, Self-esteem and security. In Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs, belongingness is most Significant, as it creates a sense of identification and people from groups with meme culture for this and "I am not alone"



(ii) Meme helps people bond with others- This is the best platform for people who have low social skills to resonate with others through social relationships.


This relationship comes through mutual trust, understanding and belongingness, which is otherwise distant illusion. One can initiate trust through vertical communication by asking'pals' about their choices, `preferences, hobbies, habits, and preferences.

(iii) Meme helps us to connect with our deeper selves-out of two parts of the brain the limbic brain deals with passion, emotions and what to do. Originally caveman had only sign language. When perforated cortex of brain developed, then language was developed. This cortex is sophisticated and has great skills,knowledge and intellectualism. Meme is associated like this mechanism.
