In Kolkata during the Protest against NRC and CAA, some posters and memes are within a transmitted crystal-clear message to politicians to refrain from divisive politics and mocking the slogan of Ache din in 2014 elections.

On January 11, PM arrived at Kolkata. Protestors blocked all roads so that PM could not reach Raj Bhavan, with memes which means "The road is shut. Nation rebuilding is underway".

Another anti-CAA poster read "Azadi meri dulhan hai"( azadi is my bride). It brought back memories of Shahid Bhagat Singh

It’s poked fun at the ruling regime who threaten people to send to Pakistan if they disagree with their discourse.

Humour reduces fear as the person is not scared of something which he laughs at. This is important since the fear factor is a tool used to repeat or push back the protestors.

In a global climate strike in Montreal which was a protest against climate change, the slogan displayed was "There is no planet 'B' and don't be a fossil food" etc. Also, some slogans were less conventional like Queer eye and other popular tweets, vines, and memes.
